I have never seen a blog where the text scrolled like that. Does that inhibit your SEO work, using javascript that is?

I have got a new plugin created and am testing it out in different types of blogs. I don’t think it affects SEO because the text is avaialble for bots to crawl.
Especially for affiliate products this plugin could be very useful. You can see a sample on this blog:

I like that. It adds movement to the page and draws people’s attention to the most important part, the content. What is the plugin?
